At this time, we are seeking a full-time Crew Leader at a $20–$25 per hour starting salary. If you consider yourself an honest and hard-working individual, are fluent in English, have a high school diploma or equivalent, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, have at least 1-2 years of landscape installation experience, and can drive a commercial vehicle with a trailer, you you could be headed toward an exciting and fulfilling career path with Figgins Trees & Turf.

In this role, you will:

• Work with your hands in the great outdoors helping to complete landscape and hardscape projects.

• Demonstrate your skills and experience when leading construction of retaining walls, patios, water features, and installations of plants and trees.

• Feel a sense of achievement when safely operating small equipment on job sites including mini excavators and mini skid steers.

• Exemplify your excellent communication and administration skills by managing crews of 1-4 employees.

• Improve your strength by regularly lifting objects weighing more than 50 pounds.

• Demonstrate your responsible and reliable nature by regularly working without supervision.
